There are four different species here at DEAD RECKONING, and that is human, vampire, angel and demon. Now, there are a lot of different theories as to the powers, strengths, and weaknesses of vampires. So, in order to keep everyone obeying by the same rules, I created my own. So, if you plan on having a character that is a vampire, angel or demon. You need to abide by the following circumstances.

VAMPIRES

• can enter sunlight, but not for more than 12 hours in a day
  
• drink the blood of their victims using their fangs
  
• are weakened by garlic, but not killed
  
• are slightly weakened by crucifixes but prefer to stay away from them
  
• are immortal, living for hundreds and hundreds of years
  
• are killed only by a wooden stake to the heart, or staying in sunlight for over 12 hours in a day
  
• can transform in to bats
  
• can fly in both natural and bat form, though can stay in flight longer in bat form
  
• have the powers of persuasion by staring at the victim in the eyes
  
• If they kill their victim, they drink all their blood
  
• If they bite a victim, but do not drink their blood, that victim becomes a vampire in 24 hours
  
• are both male and female
  
• pale skin tone
  
• no reflection
  
  

DEMONS

• are ruled by the devil, lucifer satan
  
• demons either (a) emmerge from the 'other' place or (b) are fallen angels aka people died, became angels, then did something to become demons
  
• they're something like slaves; they are unable to refuse a direct order from anyone and must fulfill the order not matter what
  
• demons do not have parents they just immerge from the 'other' place
  
• life span is roughly 7000 years give or take
  
• can appear as anything, but have one distinct appearance they usually obtain
  
• cannot stay in the human world more than a year without rehabilitating their essence in the 'other place' at least once
  
• the other place is something like limbo that only demons can travel to
  
• powers include shapeshifting and immortality until 1000 years have passed, then they are reborn as something else as their base form
  
• teleportation
  
• can visit hell but not heaven unless let in by an angel
  
  

ANGELS

• they are no longer living, but sustain forever
  
• powers include; healing, immortality, and flying
  
• every angel has wings
  
• can travel between heaven and earth
  
• can travel through space and time
  
• fallen angels can become demons if they turn
  
• can not be killed by anything
  
• can move through solid objects
  
• can appear invisible
